James Farmer

Dir. of Business Development

James received his training as a certified surgical technologist in the United States Army and later became a surgical first assistant.

Experience
James founded Advantage Healthcare Associates in 2004 and has since assisted over 30 physician groups in the development of ASC’s throughout the United States. He is currently the Director of Business Development for Solara Surgical Partners.

Goals
Applying a clinical perspective from years of experience working in surgery to assist in the design phase.

With a focus on maximizing surgical throughput

•Value engineering to keep the project within budget.
•Medical equipment planning with an intimate knowledge of the operating room.
•Establishing staffing efficiency
•Patient safety and satisfaction
