Help us welcome two members to the Solara family, Griselda & Lora!
Griselda & Lora work in the Revenue Cycle office in OKC.
Solara Surgical Partners currently follows CDC recognized guidelines on isolation and testing processes for COVID-19. The CDC website has a great testing and isolation tool you can use to determine recommended isolation timelines located at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/your-health/isolation.html.
When to Isolate
Do you have symptoms? Isolate for 5 days with the day your symptoms started as Day 0. If you experienced shortness of breath or difficulty breathing then you will need to isolate through day 10.
Do you have no symptoms but tested positive? Isolate for 5 days with the day you tested positive as Day 0. If you develop symptoms within 10 days of testing positive then the clock for isolation restarts at day 0 on the day your symptoms started.
You may end isolation after day 5 if you are fever-free for 24 hours (without the use of fever-reducing medication). Please continue to wear a mask until day 10 and avoid contact with those who have illnesses.
If you are exposed to someone with confirmed COVID-19, test right away if you have symptoms. If you do not have symptoms, wait at least 5 full days after exposure before taking a test.
